Vision 2030 – Achieving Environmental Sustainability

The Saudi Vision 2030 aims to “preserve our environment and natural resources. We will also promote the optimal use of our water resources by reducing consumption and utilizing treated and renewable water. We will seek the participation of the private sector and government funds in these efforts ”.

Led by the visionary leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince & Chairman of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Vision 2030 program is set to make the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia the global epicenter of the shared economy and powerhouse in the water sector.

Vision 2030 aims to steward the available water resources of the Kingdom to “power economic sectors, support industries and private sector entities, and advocate for the development of public-private business models”.
